By accessing or using the website at astardfw.com, scheduling services, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or allowing Astar Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric (“Astar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to perform services at your property, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All work is performed by licensed technicians. Astar holds Texas licenses TACLB00028662E | M46192 | TECL-38309. The scope of any service will be communicated to you prior to work beginning. Astar reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to honor scheduled appointment windows, arrival times may vary due to factors outside our control, including prior job overruns, traffic, and emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at 972-485-0813. Astar reserves the right to charge a trip fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice or where access to the property is not provided upon arrival.
Estimates provided by Astar are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may differ if conditions discovered during service differ from initial expectations. Any changes in scope will be communicated and require your approval before work proceeds.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. Astar accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated by our technicians. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or referred to a collections process.
Astar offers access to financing options through third-party lenders. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the applicable lender. Astar is not a party to any financing agreement between you and a third-party lender and is not responsible for the terms, fees, or conditions of any such agreement. Please review all financing documents carefully before signing.
Promotional offers are limited-time and subject to eligibility requirements. Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Certain exclusions apply, including system accessibility, safety conditions, and non-standard installations. Astar reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time without notice.
You acknowledge and agree that telephone calls with Astar may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and business purposes. By calling us or accepting a call from us, you consent to such recording as permitted under applicable law, including the Texas Wiretap Act. If you do not consent, please notify our representative at the beginning of the call.

You represent that you have the authority to grant Astar and its technicians access to the property where services are to be performed. You agree to provide a safe working environment, including reasonable access to the work area, adequate lighting, and disclosure of known hazards. Astar is not liable for delays or inability to complete services due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.
Astar stands behind the quality of its work. Labor warranties are provided as communicated at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s terms and are separate from Astar’s labor warranty.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of God, or conditions not related to the original work performed. Warranty claims must be reported to Astar promptly. Astar’s obligation under any warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective work, at Astar’s discretion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTAR’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
ASTAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by Astar’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Astar does not guarantee that all service issues will be resolved in a single visit. Complex repairs may require follow-up appointments, additional parts, or specialist involvement. Promotional offers are subject to limitations and availability. Emergency service availability is not guaranteed and is subject to technician availability and conditions at the time of request.
Astar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
